We prefer making your own plan according to the status of your preparation till now, since you are the one who can best decide what you need. Many of the PG aspirants have confusion regarding the final time preparation materials and are asking us to suggest how to prepare for the CEE in these last two months. Since PG (esp. subject of choice in PG) is a big dream of all aspirants, we decided to recommend a study plan for those aspirants who are confused about how to best utilize these remaining days to achieve maximum success in entrance exam. Day 0: Preparation Day
Action Step: Get PG Insight from Samiksha Publication.
Arrange all other materials (Sharad Chandra, Mudit Khanna, past question papers, etc.).
Study Phase I: The Foundation (First 31 Days)
Focus: Minor clinical, community medicine, forensic medicine, and basic subjects.
Target: Cover 108 marks (13 subjects).
[Total study days= 29; Rest Day =2; Total marks coverage= 108]
A. Start from PG Insight volume II (minor clinical subjects) --- (7 subjects; total marks coverage = 55 marks)
Total pages to study = 485 pages (average 70 pages for each subject)
❖ Study 35 pages per day----- Revise twice on the same day
➢ Total number of days to complete the PG Insight minor clinical volume = 485/35 = 14 days
❖ Practice past 4 years CEE questions of minor clinical subjects [questions and answers only; no explanations; get the correct answers ticked by pencil and memorize only the right answer)……half day (0.5 days)
❖ Practice past questions from book by Mudit khanna minor clinical subjects of last 10 years [questions and answers only; no explanations; get the correct answers ticked by pencil and memorize only the right answer)--- study and revise in two and a half day (2.5 days)
REST FOR 1 DAY
B. Study Pharmacology and Pathology from PG Insight volume I (2 subjects ; total marks coverage = 20 marks)
Total pages to study = 238 pages
❖ Study 40 pages per day----- Revise twice on the same day Total number of days to complete pharmacology and pathology = 238/40 = 6 days
C. Study Gynecology and Obstetrics and Anatomy from PG insight (2 subjects; total marks coverage = 24 marks)
Since these two subjects are presented in more detail in PG insight; you can study selectively according to your need and preference; not wasting much valuable time.
Total pages to study = 306 pages (Gynae and Obs 151 pages + Anatomy 155)
❖ Study 60 pages per day----- Revise twice on the same day Total number of days to complete the minor clinical volume = 306/60 = 5 days
❖ Practice past 4 years CEE questions of Pharmacology, Pathology and Anatomy [questions and answers only; no explanations; get the correct answers ticked by pencil and memorize only the right answer)….half day (0.5 days)
❖ Practice past questions from book by Mudit khanna for Pharmacology, Pathology and Anatomy of last 10 year [questions and answers only; no explanations; get the correct answers ticked by pencil and memorize only the right answer)--- study and revise in two and a half day (2.5 days)
REST FOR 1 DAY
✓ GIVE 1 hour every day for practicing MCQs from Sharad Chandra for these 26 (study and revise 120 questions in this 1 hour of subjects (minor clinical and basic subjects) you study in these 30 days (per day 120 x 26 questions= 3120 questions in a 26 days) [questions and answers only; no explanations; get the correct answers ticked by pencil and memorize only the right answer). These 3120 questions covers all the MCQs of all clinical subjects, pharmacology, Pathology and Anatomy from MCQ book by Sharad Chandra except for Medicine). You can Study MCQs of Medicine from Sharad chandra in your remaining days separating a hour each day for it.

✓ Sometimes you may not achieve the daily target, don’t panic. Try to cover it up on the next day

Focus on self-made notes and high-yield materials. Revise according to your need and choice.
Study your self made notes. Study materials kept for last time revision.

Stay calm and ensure adequate sleep for optimal performance.
